How to make the change:
Ready to make the change to paperless? Log in to your account today on the desktop platform and elect to receive Online Documents from the Customer Service tab -> Change document delivery method. Once there, you can elect which notices you prefer to receive digitally and the ones you'd like to receive by paper.
Nervous about making the change? Not to worry! You can change your elections at any time and the next statements or documents that produce will be delivered via your new elections.
